Payment details are generally handled by our payment service providers; we do not need to store full card numbers.

2. Return & Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for preference, taste, perceived effects, ordering errors, or change of mind. The sole exception under our voluntary return policy is a product that arrives with damaged packaging.
Damaged packaging on arrival
If an item arrives with torn, broken, leaking, opened or otherwise compromised packaging, contact our customer support by calling 920-381-5298 or emailing us at info@prohibition9.com within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the outer shipping box and affected product packaging. Retain the product and packaging until we provide instructions.
Do not consume a product with compromised packaging.
Review and resolution
We will review the claim and may request additional information. For verified arrival damage, we will offer a replacement where lawful and available or a refund to the original payment method. We may provide an alternative remedy if required by law. Do not mail consumable products back unless we specifically authorize a return.
Other issues and legal rights
For an incorrect item or a suspected defect unrelated to shipping damage, contact us so we can investigate, even though these situations are not covered by our voluntary return’s exception. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer protection law, including rights relating to goods that are not as described or legally required remedies.
3. Ordering & Shipping Policy
Age and eligibility
Customers must be at least 21 years old. We may require age verification and may refuse or cancel orders when age or eligibility cannot be verified. An adult signature may be required where applicable.
Product legality and shipping restrictions
Hemp and cannabinoid laws differ by product, jurisdiction and date. A product being hemp-derived or meeting a historical federal dry-weight THC threshold does not by itself establish that its sale or interstate shipment is lawful. We only fulfill orders to destinations where we determine the specific product can lawfully be sold and shipped.
We may restrict, decline or cancel any order for legal, compliance or carrier-policy reasons. Customers must also comply with applicable local law.
Processing and delivery
Our target processing time is same day and occasionally next business day except for weekends and holidays. Delivery is typically within 3-5 business days, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Tracking information is provided when available via email at the time your order is processed. Shipping services may be unavailable for certain products or destinations.
Address accuracy and delivery problems
Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Contact us promptly about address errors, missing deliveries, or damage. We will assist in reviewing carrier claims as appropriate. Responsibility for lost, misdelivered or damaged shipments is determined by applicable law and the circumstances; this policy does not waive mandatory customer rights.
Changes, cancellations and stock
Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. Requests cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins. We may cancel orders due to inventory shortages, suspected fraud, payment issues or compliance restrictions and refund amounts collected for unfulfilled items.
